The work that makes your wedding day flow seamlessly starts long before you walk down the aisle. Beginning three months out, we kick things off with an introductory call to assess where you are in your planning and map out what needs to happen between now and your big day. From there, we stay connected with monthly planning calls to refine your timeline, troubleshoot any hiccups, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
In the weeks leading up to your date, we take over vendor communication, finalize the timeline, and make sure every detail is in place. We’ll complete a venue walkthrough (travel fees may apply for locations outside the local area) and lead your rehearsal the day before so your ceremony feels exactly how you imagined it.

This is where everything comes together. With up to 10 hours of coverage on your wedding day, we are there from the earliest setup to the final breakdown, making sure everything goes as planned.
On your wedding day, you can expect us to:
Keep everyone on schedule from start to finish
Coordinate all vendor deliveries, pickups, and communications so you and your family aren't fielding a single call
Oversee decor setup and a final venue check before guests arrive (for both ceremony and decor)
Cue the wedding party for the processional and key ceremony moments
Coordinate guest flow from ceremony to reception
Manage reception coordination and keep the evening moving seamlessly
Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies behind the scenes
Coordinate cleanup and final breakdown at the end of the night
